VAT exemption for orgnizations , agencies of  European Community and Other International orgonization, e.g. NATO under Directive 2006/112/EC - Article 151

If your organaztion belongs to one of the organizations, agencies as defined under Article 151, you will be exmept from VAT and we will invoice you according to European Directive 2006/112/EC - Article 151 and Directive 2008/118/EC - Article 13.

These organizations and agencies includes among others: 

• European Commission
• the European Atomic Energy Community
• the European Central Bank
• the European Investment Bank
• NATO

Please donwload the VAT Exemption Certificate Form, fill in the information and  send  the form back to us and we will evaluate the application and when applicable,  you will be invoiced without VAT.
